Privacy Policy

1. What JamiePulls does

JamiePulls turns long videos you upload into short vertical clips with captions, and — if you connect your accounts — posts them to social platforms on your instruction. This policy covers the website at jamiepulls.com and the connected posting service.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, so you can sign in.
• Video you upload — the source file, the clips produced from it, and the transcript generated from its audio.
• Social account connections — the access tokens needed to post on your behalf, plus the channel name and handle you connected.
• Billing data — subscription status and plan. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage records — counts of clip jobs and posts, to enforce plan limits.

3. How your video is processed

Being specific because it matters: to caption a clip we extract the audio and send it to Groq for speech-to-text. To draft titles and captions we send the resulting transcript text to NVIDIA NIM and/or Groq. Your video frames are never sent to a third party — only audio for transcription, and text for copywriting.

We do not use your videos, transcripts, or captions to train machine learning models, and we do not sell or rent any of your data.

4. Processors we use

When you publish, the clip and its caption are sent to the platform you chose (for example YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) and are then governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

5. Google user data

If you connect YouTube, we request only youtube.upload (to publish the videos you tell us to publish) and youtube.readonly (to show you which channel is connected).

JamiePulls' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Google user data is used only to provide the publishing feature you asked for; it is not transferred or sold for advertising, not used for ad targeting, not used to train generalised AI or ML models, and no human reads it except where you have given explicit permission, for security purposes, or where the law requires it. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions.

6. Instagram and Facebook data

If you connect Instagram, we request only the permissions needed to list the professional account linked to your Facebook Page and to publish the posts you create. We do not read your direct messages, and we do not collect your followers' personal information. You can remove our access from Instagram or from your Facebook Page settings at any time.

7. How long we keep it

• Uploaded source video and rendered clips: until you delete them, or 90 days after your account closes.
• Transcripts and generated captions: same as the clip they belong to.
• Social tokens: until you disconnect the account or the platform expires them.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email the address above and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

10. Security

Uploads and clips are stored in private buckets that are not publicly readable; links shared with you are signed and short-lived. Access is scoped per account at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, so if we discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you and any regulator the law requires.

11. Children

JamiePulls is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
