Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of JamiePulls at jamiepulls.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

You upload a long video. JamiePulls transcribes it, selects segments, renders them as vertical clips with captions, and drafts titles and captions. If you connect social accounts, it publishes clips to them at the times you choose. Selection and copywriting are automated and will sometimes be wrong — you are expected to review a clip before it goes out.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One person or organisation per account.

4. Your content and rights

You keep all ownership of what you upload and of the clips produced from it. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store, transcode, caption and — when you instruct it — publish your content to the accounts you connected.

You must hold the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload video you did not create or licence, including video downloaded from another creator's channel. Republishing someone else's work infringes their copyright and breaks the platforms' terms, and it will get your connected accounts terminated as well as your JamiePulls account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JamiePulls to:

• publish content you do not have the rights to;
• publish unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
• impersonate anyone, or post content designed to deceive;
• run spam, engagement farms, or bulk-duplicate posting across accounts;
• circumvent any platform's rate limits, review process, or terms;
• attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Connected platforms

Publishing depends on third-party APIs — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and others. Their terms apply to you directly, and they may change their rules, rate limits, or access at any time. If a platform blocks, throttles, or removes a post, we cannot override that. You are responsible for complying with the rules of every platform you connect.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (clip jobs per month, and similar) are shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not give pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless the law where you live requires it. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

8. No guarantee of results

JamiePulls is a tool for producing and scheduling clips. We do not promise any level of views, followers, engagement, reach, or revenue. Platform algorithms are outside our control, and nothing on our site or in our marketing should be read as a guarantee of performance.

9. Availability

The service is provided as is. Rendering and posting run on a queue and may be delayed by maintenance, third-party outages, or the volume of work ahead of you. Scheduled posts are published on a best-effort basis at or after the time you set, not to the exact minute.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JamiePulls is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost goodwill, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time (see deleting your data). We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly §4 and §5, or where a platform requires it. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use JamiePulls after that means you accept the new version.
