Reads your FAQs, policies, and past answers, then handles tier-one questions by email or chat. When it cannot answer confidently, it collects details and hands a summarized ticket to a person.

You can update the card under Settings, then Billing, then Payment method. It takes about a minute. Your annual discount stays attached to the subscription, not the card, so nothing changes. Source: Billing FAQ, section 3. Anything else?
You choose which topics can be auto-answered and which always route to a person: billing disputes, cancellations, anything legal or medical.
Every number here is illustrative. On kickoff we replace it with your inquiry volume, quote value, list size, or ticket count, and the bot reports observed results after that.
It answers only from your sources and cites them. If the sources do not cover it, it escalates instead of guessing.
Always. Saying "human" or "person" routes immediately, and the bot says so up front if asked.
Sentiment triggers escalation. The person gets a summary and a suggested first line.
